Our Guarantee
We stand behind the parts we sell. If you believe a part is defective:
RMA Return First – The part must be returned to us first for testing. We’ll provide a return shipping label at the customer’s cost.
If the part is defective: a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, and the return shipping fee will be refunded.
If the part tests good: a 40% restocking fee will apply, and both shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
Important: Because all our parts are 100% tested before shipping, many issues result from misdiagnosis. For example, if the actual problem is with the power supply board, replacing the main board will not solve the issue—even with a second replacement. This is why we carefully test every return before sending out another part.
Shipping Damage Policy
If a part arrives physically damaged (cracked, bent, or broken), this is considered shipping damage, not a defect. Customers must report it within 24 hours of receipt with photos and videos sent to tvpartsplusus@gmail.com.
In such cases, we’ll file a claim with the carrier, and a replacement will be arranged under shipping insurance rather than our warranty policy. Any report made after 24 hours will be deemed mishandling by the customer.
