Our Guarantee
At TV Parts Plus US, we stand behind the quality of every part we sell. All of our TV parts are 100% tested three times before leaving our warehouse, ensuring that you receive a part that has already passed strict quality checks.
We also provide a 30-Day Exchange Warranty on all parts. This means if a part truly doesn’t work, you are covered with a fair and transparent replacement process.
Defective Parts Policy
If you believe the part you received is defective, here’s how our 30-Day Warranty works:

RMA Return First – The part must be returned to us first for testing. We will provide a return shipping label at the customer’s cost.

If the part is defective – After testing, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, and the return shipping fee will be refunded.

If the part tests good – A 40% restocking fee will apply, and both the return shipping and replacement shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty covers exchanges only. Refunds are not offered.
We know TV repairs can be tricky, and sometimes the wrong board gets diagnosed as faulty. For example, if the actual problem is with the power supply board, replacing the main board will not fix the issue—even with a second replacement. This is why our guarantee is designed to protect both customers and our business.
Shipping Damage Policy
If a part arrives physically damaged (cracked, bent, or broken), this is considered shipping damage, not a defect.

Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos and videos sent to tvpartsplusus@gmail.com.

We will file a claim with the carrier, and a replacement will be arranged through shipping insurance.

Any report made after 24 hours will be considered mishandling by the customer and will not be covered under this policy.
