How It Works
Book an Appointment – Repairs are available by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule a time.
Bring in Your Device – Visit us at our service location:
705 Progress Avenue, Unit 9, Scarborough, ON M1H 2X1, CanadaDiagnosis & Estimate – A $50 diagnostic fee is required and payable at the time of your appointment. If you approve the repair, this fee will be applied toward your final repair cost.
Repair & Pickup – Once approved, we’ll complete the repair and notify you when your device is ready for pickup.
Important Notes
Customers must book an appointment before arriving—we DO NOT accept walk-ins.
Please bring your TV or part securely packaged to avoid transit damage.
Repairs are subject to part availability. In some cases, parts may need to be ordered.
The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
