PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER
By accessing or using tvpartsplusus.ca, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and refrain from purchasing products from us.
Condition of Parts
All our parts are ORIGINAL and 100% tested.
All purchases include a 30-Day Exchange Warranty for defective parts, as outlined in our Guarantee and warranty page.
Ordering Accuracy
Order by Part Number Only – Customers are required to order exclusively by the manufacturer’s confirmed part number. Ordering by TV model number, generic board number, or version alone may lead to errors.
Customer Responsibility – It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of the part with their specific TV. If the incorrect part is ordered, it will be classified as “not needed” and subject to our return policy.
We provide resources to help identify your part number, and our team is available via email at tvpartsplusus@gmail.com for confirmation.
Identification & Support
Sending us a clear photo of the part is the only guaranteed method for us to verify accuracy. While we will make our best effort to help using model numbers, serials, or suffixes, these methods are less reliable and not guaranteed.
Shipping & Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier.
Packages refused by the recipient, returned due to incorrect addresses, or otherwise undeliverable by the carrier will have return shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Carriers do not insure against porch piracy. If a package is stolen after confirmed delivery, we will file a claim on your behalf, but if denied, we cannot issue a refund.
Returns & Warranty
30-Day Exchange Warranty
If you believe the part you received is defective, here’s how our warranty works:
RMA Return First – The part must be returned to us first for testing. We will provide a return shipping label at the customer’s cost.
If the part is defective – After testing, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, and the return shipping fee will be refunded.
If the part tests good – A 40% restocking fee will apply, and both the return shipping and replacement shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty covers exchanges only. Refunds are not offered.
Because all of our parts are 100% tested before shipping, defective cases are rare. Most issues occur due to misdiagnosis. For example, if the actual problem is with the power supply board, replacing the main board will not solve the issue—even with a second replacement.
Shipping Damage Policy
If a part arrives physically damaged (cracked, bent, or broken), this is considered shipping damage, not a defect.
Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos and videos sent to tvpartsplusus@gmail.com.
We will file a claim with the carrier, and a replacement will be arranged through shipping insurance.
Any report made after 24 hours will be considered mishandling by the customer and will not be covered under this policy.
Exclusions
Parts damaged due to improper handling, installation, or modification (including “baking tricks” or reflow attempts) are not eligible for warranty or refund.
All parts are marked with unique identifiers to verify authenticity. Any returned items that do not match our identifiers will not be refunded.
